Please ensure your billing address is the same as shipping address. If this is not the case, your order will be placed on hold whilst one of our team contact you to discuss further.
We will only deliver to the address given when you place the order. Please be aware that we are not responsible if you have given us an incorrect address for delivery. You would need to cancel any order placed with an incorrect address and reorder with the correct address within one hour of placing your order. We will not refund the cost of any order that are delivered to the incorrect address given.

EXCHANGE EXCLUDES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
EXCHANGE/REFUND can only be accepted for Handbags/Clutches and Sunglasses if received damaged. We are trying to reduce the double handling of the above items mentioned as they are delicate items so as to keep the quality. For Hygiene reasons, Jewellery will only be exchanged if received damaged. Please email us the picture of the damaged/ faulty item within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, this is required for your claim to be processed.
NOTE: For hygiene and health reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUNDS On Head Wraps and WHITE/IVORY COLOUR CLOTHES.
