Please ensure your billing address is the same as shipping address. If this is not the case, your order will be placed on hold whilst one of our team contact you to discuss further.
We will only deliver to the address provided when order was placed. If you need to cancel your order for any reasons, please do so by calling us within one hour of placing your order. We will not be liable if your order has been shipped to the incorrect address given. We will not refund the cost of any order that are delivered to an incorrect address given.

REFUNDS EXCLUDES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For Hygiene reasons, Jewellery will only be exchanged/refunded if received damaged. Please email us the picture of any damaged/ faulty item within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, this is required for your claim to be processed.
