We accept Credit/Debit Cards and Paypal. We do not condone nor accept any type of fraudulent behaviour. 

Please ensure your billing address is the same as shipping address. If this is not the case, your order will be placed on hold whilst one of our team contact you to discuss further.

We will only deliver to the address provided when order was placed. If you need to cancel your order for any reasons, please do so by calling us within one hour of placing your order. We will not be liable if your order has been shipped to the incorrect address given. We will not refund the cost of any order that are delivered to an incorrect address given.

We make every effort to represent the colours of our products as accurately as possible, nevertheless colours may display differently depending on the monitors/screens they are viewed on. Your items may vary slightly from those images.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 HOUSE OF KEEMS takes pride in ensuring that high quality control is maintain by checking all merchandise before shipping. Due to the patterned nature of African fabrics, kindly note fabric placement might vary from pictured product!


REFUNDS EXCLUDES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

  • We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we are happy for you to return unworn and undamaged item(s) in their original condition. Please send item back safely with the original tags still on and all packaging intact to be eligible for a refund/store credit.


  • Please notify us of your return/exchange request via email stating your full name and order number. This should be done within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). 


  • We will email you back providing you with the return address within 24 hours.  Any Item(s) you wish to return must reach us within 10 Working days from the date your order was delivered to you.


  • Please be aware customers are responsible for the return postage cost and it is your full responsibility the item gets back to us safely. It is advisable you use a tracked delivery and proof of postage should be kept safe.


  • We will review the return item(s) once received, an email will be sent to notify you if return is approved or rejected. We reserve the right to reject return item(s) If our goods are not returned in their original conditions (damaged, stained or used in any way). The cost of shipping back goods to you will be your responsibility.


  • If returned item(s) is approved, Your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days(EXCLUDING THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST). Refund will be credited to the original payment method, which may take up to 7 days to appear in your account depending on your bank. 


  • If you've requested for an exchange, STORE CREDIT will be issued with the value of your order(EXCLUDING THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST). This will be issued via your email address, the Store credit can be used at your convenience. Please allow 3 -5 working days for your return to be processed.


  • PLEASE NOTE CUSTOM MADE ORDER(S) ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.




For Hygiene reasons, Jewellery will only be exchanged/refunded if received damaged. Please email us the picture of any damaged/ faulty item within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, this is required for your claim to be processed.


NOTE: For hygiene and health reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGE On HEAD WRAPS and WHITE/IVORY COLOUR CLOTHES.
