- We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we are happy for you to return unworn, unwashed and undamaged item(s) in their original condition. Please send item back safely with the original tags still on and intact to be eligible for a refund/exchange.
- Please notify us of your return/exchange request via email stating your full name and order number, this should be done within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). We will email you back providing you with the return address. Any Item(s) you wish to return must reach us within 7 days from the date your order was delivered to you.
- Please be aware original shipping cost are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the return postage cost. It is your full responsibility item(s) gets back to us safely, we advise you use a tracked delivery and proof of postage should be kept.
- We will review the return item(s) once received, an email will be sent to notify you if return is approved or rejected. We reserve the right to reject item(s) that are not returned in their original condition (Tags removed, damaged, stained, makeup, deodorant or used in any way). The cost of shipping back item(s) to you will be your responsibility.
- If returned item(s) is approved, Your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days(EXCLUDING THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST). Refund will be credited to the original payment method, which may take up to 7 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
- If you've requested for an exchange, STORE CREDIT will be issued with the value of your order(EXCLUDING THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST). This will be issued via your email address, the Store credit can be used at your convenience. Please allow 3 -5 working days for your return to be processed.
- PLEASE NOTE: FABRICS, HEADWRAPS, FINAL SALE, CUSTOM MADE OUTFITS & INTERNATIONAL ORDER(S) ARE FINAL. ITEM(s) CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.
- NOTE: For hygiene reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGE On Jewellery will only be exchanged/refunded if received damaged.
- House Of Keems is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please email us the picture of any damaged item(s) within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, this is required for your claim to be processed with the courier company.
