GENERAL SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 working days. PLEASE NOTE: Processing time is different to the time it takes the courier company to deliver your order. Orders are not processed or shipped during weekends and bank holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, Shipment confirmation will be sent to your email. All UK orders are shipped via Royal mail Standard delivery which takes between 2-3 working days and 1-2 working days for Express delivery. We offer FREE SHIPPING within the UK on our headwraps.

Please note slight delays may occur during sales and festive period, kindly contact us if you need your order processed with urgency. Postal delay may occur from Courier company, these delays are beyond the control of House Of Keems.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our goal is to have KEEMS DIVAS all over the world, yes we ship Worldwide. All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and signed service which takes 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered.

International Delivery cost varies, you can confirm yours through checkout. Please Note, An additional £5 will be applied to all international order over 1kg.

NOTE: We do not accept international returns / exchange at this time. Customer are responsible for any customs, duty fees or tariffs in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements.
