All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 working days. PLEASE NOTE: Processing time is different from the delivery time provided by the courier company. Orders are not processed or shipped during weekends and bank holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. All UK delivery services are handled via Royal Mail Standard delivery, which takes between 2-3 working days, and 1-2 working days for Express delivery. We also offer FREE SHIPPING within the UK on fabrics and headwraps.
Please note that slight delays may occur during sales and festive periods. If you need your order processed urgently, kindly contact us. Additionally, postal delays may arise from the courier company, and these delays are beyond the control of House Of Keems. Our goal is to have KEEMS DIVAS all over the world, yes we ship Worldwide. All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and signed service which takes 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered.
International Delivery cost varies, you can confirm yours through checkout. Please Note, An additional £5 will be applied to all international order over 1kg.
